Title: Part-time Front Desk Receptionist

Arbor Trust Wealth Advisors, LLC, an Ann Arbor-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking a part-time receptionist. This position acts as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and secure environment. This role requires a high level of customer service while performing general office management functions. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting clients and ensuring a positive client experience, answering phone calls, completing and maintaining tasks through client relationship management software, daily maintenance of conference rooms, ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, processing mail, downloading various reports to satisfy compliance requirements, and other duties as appropriate.

This role requires on-site work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of client service experience in the wealth management industry.

Proficiencies: Microsoft Office and Adobe. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferred previous experience with Salesforce, Charles Schwab, and Laserfiche.

Competencies: Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced office. Must be a team player and punctual.

Title: Investment Analyst

Arbor Trust Wealth Advisors, LLC, an Ann Arbor-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking an investment analyst. This is a full-time role for an investment analyst, located in Ann Arbor, ML The investment analyst will support the development and management of client investment portfolios by conducting in-depth economic, market, and security research, assisting with portfolio construction and rebalancing, and preparing investment reports. The responsibilities include tracking and analyzing portfolio performance and supporting the implementation of investment strategies. The role also involves regular collaboration with team members to ensure clients’ financial goals are met.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Series 65/66 securities license may be required within six months of employment.

Experience: 3 years of experience in the wealth management industry preferred.

Proficiencies: Microsoft Office and Adobe. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferred previous experience with E-Money, Salesforce, Morningstar, Charles Schwab, Laserfiche, and Envestnet. Strong knowledge and expertise in investments, portfolio management, and finance. Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills and financial modeling. Ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
