With over 22 years of financial service industry experience, she has a history of driving operational excellence and fostering growth while embracing her previous background in the hospitality business with a dedication to unparalleled customer service. When not in the office, Kristi can most likely be found at a soccer field cheering on her daughter, at MSU visiting her son, boating on the Portage Chain of Lakes with her husband, or devouring a Costco cake by herself.
